Nusa Caña Rum
Nusa Caña Rum reflects Indonesian craftsmanship and authenticity. A rum born of ancestral tradition with a modern twist, here is the secret of Nusa Caña: a blend of sugar cane molasses from Java and Trinidad, natural filtered forest water, wild yeast obtained only from dried red rice, and slow fermentation. The resulting liquid is distilled twice in old Pot Stills, matured in large Javanese teak wood casks.
The result is a new fresh rum from the tropical islands, a blend imagined to bring out the funky flavours of Indonesian rum, rich, round and vibrant. With a fresh, vegetal nose, followed by fresh cane, dry spice and banana leaf notes and a finish with notes of vanilla, dry wood and grilled fruit, this is a hard rum that Nusa Caña offers us.
