Ron Roble

Ron Roble, Venezuelan rum 100% independent, is a great expression of the Venezuelan terroir, thanks to a craftsmanship and a great respect of the local traditions in terms of spirits, which gives it the controlled label of origin "Ron de Venezuela DOC ". Characterized by their roundness and intensity, Roble rums, Extra Añejo, rums from 8 to 12 years old, and Ultra Añejo, Single Vintage 12 years old minimum, are little dosed rums (less than 10 g / l), developed without resorting to the Solera method (upgrading drums).

The sugar cane is harvested in the state of Yaracuy, in the heart of Venezuela, and the extracted molasses are distilled in a 5-column alembic still. All the magic of the art of aging operates in the valley of Ocumare del Tuy, south of Caracas. Giorgio Mélis, rum master with more than 50 years of experience, former chemical engineer, invests all his know-how and the control of the aging in tropical environment, to offer concentrated aromas and a naturally round and soft sensation.

The palate is intense and the vanilla and woody notes fill the palate, with a melted and clean finish. Extra Añejo surprises with a nice freshness while Ultra Añejo will offer more spicy notes and an exceptionally long finish.
