Rum & Cane
The Rum & Cane Merchants Rum Collection is the result of a partnership between two Scottish whiskey lovers, Scott Watson and Brian Woods, and a very careful selection of exceptional casks from the 4 corners of the world. The ambition of Rum & Cane is the exploration of the "terroirs" of rum through the assembly of regional rums, 6 years of age minimum, all bottled in limited editions.
All the rums offered by Rum & Cane are 100% natural, additive and aroma-free and with very little added sugar to reveal the true taste of Rums, elaborated with requirements and standards inspired by the world of Whiskey.
The Onions Bottles, the original format of ocean crossings, are all numbered, and each edition offers a journey to discover a region, its characteristics and its surprises: Asia-Pacific, Central America, Spanish Caribbeans, French Overseas, British West Indies, as well as a collection of very limited Single Barrels (Jamaica, Panama, Grenada).
